Datapulseen Advisory Pty Ltd (ABN 12 678 412 305) ("Datapulseen", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect information you provide directly to us — including your name, email address, phone number, postcode, household composition, employment status and basic financial information necessary to assess your eligibility for government payments, grants and tax offsets. We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to: (a) assess your eligibility for Australian government payments, grants and tax offsets; (b) prepare and lodge applications on your behalf where you instruct us to do so; (c) communicate with you about our services; (d) comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; and (e) improve our services and website.
3. Disclosure to third parties
We disclose personal information only when necessary to deliver the services you request — for example, to the Australian Taxation Office, Services Australia, state revenue offices and grant-administering agencies — and only with your express consent. We may also disclose information to our cloud service providers, professional advisers and as required by Australian law.

Your data is stored on servers located in Australia (Sydney region) operated by ISO 27001 certified providers. We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls and regular security testing.
5. Your rights

6. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal, accounting and reporting obligations under Australian law (typically seven years from the date of last engagement).
7. International transfers
We do not routinely transfer personal information outside Australia. Where this is required (for example, where a sub-processor is located overseas), we ensure equivalent protections are in place under the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children without parental consent.
