These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Datapulseen website and any advisory services provided by Datapulseen Advisory Pty Ltd (ABN 12 678 412 305). By using this website you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the website.
1. About Datapulseen
Datapulseen Advisory Pty Ltd is an Australian company incorporated in 2023, registered with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) and based in Sydney, NSW. We provide independent advisory services on Australian government payments, grants and tax offsets.
2. Nature of the service
Datapulseen provides general information and personalised eligibility reviews. We are not a substitute for tailored tax, legal or financial advice. Where a tax agent service is required, your file is supervised by a practitioner registered with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB). We do not guarantee any specific outcome of an application.
3. Free eligibility check
The initial eligibility audit, the written summary report and the first 30-minute consultation are provided free of charge with no obligation. Any subsequent service (such as application preparation and lodgement) will be quoted in a written engagement letter that you must sign before work begins.
4. Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You acknowledge that providing false or misleading information to government agencies may constitute an offence under Australian law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
5. Fees and payments
Where fees apply, they are clearly disclosed in your engagement letter before any chargeable work begins. Invoices are payable within 14 days. GST is included where applicable.
6. Intellectual property
All content on datapulseen.com — including text, graphics, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to Datapulseen Advisory Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify the content without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Datapulseen's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for non-excludable consumer guarantees.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
